Experience and Expertise
Keith Rand, Founder and Principal
Keith Rand is the Founder and Principal of Radius Real Estate Consulting, where he leverages twenty years of experience in real estate investment, economic development, and strategic advisory to help clients maximize asset value, optimize operations, and create high-performing residential and mixed-use environments.
With a track record spanning more than $3 billion in investments, Keith has been at the forefront of ground-up development, acquisitions, asset management, and capital raising for institutional investors, developers, and municipalities. Prior to founding Radius, he held senior leadership roles at Mill Creek Residential Trust, Greystar, Stonehenge, Silverstein Properties, and J.P. Morgan.
Keith's expertise lies in having a holistic perspective on real estate investment that encompasses acquisitions, asset management, development, debt and equity capital raising, entitlements, urban planning, and public-private partnerships.
Keith holds an MBA in Real Estate from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Master in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School, with a focus on housing, urban development, and transportation policy. He earned his Bachelor’s degree from Duke University. Keith has also earned his Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design GA certification.
Keith has been actively involved in civic and economic development initiatives, working with Mayor Michael Bloomberg's mayoral administration, the Harvard Community Development Project, Civic Builders, and the New Rochelle Retail Task Force.
